Statement from UK Government re Footwear Anti Dumping - Expiry Review Delay

We have been given a very clear indication by the Commission that its proposal as a result of the expiry review will not be ready for circulation to member states and discussion at the anti dumping committee until September/October.  Current meeting dates in  that period are: 10 September and 8 October.  Clearly, the Commission has given no information about what it may eventually propose to member states.
