The club has won the FA Cup a total of five times and for the majority of their existence, the club has played at the highest level of English football.

Based in the West Midlands, West Brom's main rivals include Aston Villa and Birmingham FC. However, in more recent times, the club also now recognises Wolverhampton Wanderers as their 'local' rivals. When West Brom play against Wolves, this fixture is known as the Black Country Derby.

West Brom's home colours include white shorts with a blue and white striped shirt. The kit is manufactured by adidas and the main club sponsor is a company called Zoopla.
